We have several options for you to have a professional workspace.  From daily options to long term solutions.  Renting office space with Genesis has never been easier.

Executive Suites

Create your own beautiful and private professional workspace.  All offices have vaulted ceilings, windows, and a built-in Bose sound system.  Our executive offices include all amenities and parking space.  Executive Offices require a one year lease agreement and security deposit, then month to month.  If you like what you see, but so happens we are full, we can put you on our waiting list.

Want a warm and inviting professional setting for your next meeting? We can accomodate meetings from one hour to a full day. We have a receptionist on duty during business hours to welcome your guests and support in any way possible. With a full kitchen we can make your offsite easy and amazing! All conference rooms have HDMI setup (cord provided).

Have been a tenant for about one year and enjoy the office with my fellow professionals. Great common areas and meeting rooms and Randy and Manny are both very helpful and hospitable. Highly recommend for professionals looking for a small office.

Ethernet ports throughout the executive offices to hook up to our own Internet service.  WiFi available from anywhere in the building to you and your guests.

Free Parking

One designated spot per Exectuive office.  There is plenty of parking for the other tenants and guests.

Receptionist

Receive your clients by a front desk live person in a beautifully appointed office. This service is available from 9-430pm M-Th, and 9-1pm Fridays.

Full Kitchen

Ample room to take a lunch break.  Plenty of cabinet storage. Stainless steel appliances.  

Fax & Color Printer Access

Multiple printers, one B&W and one laser color (for small fee).  Fax available upon request.

Mail Service

Our copy room is equipped with mailboxes for our tenants (Additional fee for Benching only).

Sit comfortably in one of our common space areas for working. 

Large Conference Room

This room seats 12 comfortably with Large TV to hook up to via HDMI cord (provided)

Medium Conference Room

This room seats up to 7 comfortably with Large white board and TV hookup via HDMI (provided).

Small Conference Room

This room seats 4 comfortably with white board and TV hookup via HDMI (provided)

Coffee

We have a selection of coffee pods with Kurig among other hot beverages Curtosey of Genesis. If that’s not enough, there is a full service coffee shop down downstairs.

24/7 Access

We provide our tenants with a key fob to have 24 hour access. Limit 2 fobs per Executive office. (Not available for benching or virtual offices)
